Eric & Julie; We are retired and not of money! I have owned a bit of land in Fern Forest bear Mountain View. Have not been back since 1984 and have no idea if the area is good or not now? We have 2 small pups and do not live large, we need good air, safe place, and walking places. Land I have may not be the best area anymore?
