What do you get when you blend local Hawaiian culture, vintage Aloha shirts, a fashion run way, an eclectic blend of musical entertainment, clothing designers and vendors and a big party at the Outrigger Kona? You get the first ever Aloha Shirt Festival!
For three days, October 13-15th, the festival invites the public to enjoy and experience vintage Aloha Wear exhibits, vintage collections, and repurposed clothing collections showcased in exciting fashion runway shows. There will be opportunities for sales and appraisals and view the work of contemporary designers. There will also be traditional and cutting edge workshops, pop-ups, presentations, hair and make-up shows, and tasty local and vintage food for purchase and beverages.

According to Festival organizers, there will be opportunities for local residents to utilize the photography talent being invited from the mainland to get headshots and model photography, including underwater photography.
